Employees are very important to your business and it's crucial you always have updated information about them.

This allows you to easily monitor your business activities and empower your employees to do more.

Your Oze Business App allows you to set employee permissions which means you only give the necessary access an employee needs to function at their job and you can change it at any time.

For example, if you want only managers to input and edit transactions, you can do this with the user permission settings.

Setting user permissions for your employees and managers:

  1. From your Oze Business App, click on the 'network icon' at the top of your screen. It will take you to the network screen.
  2. Once you’re on the Network screen, you will automatically be on the Employees tab.
  3. Click on 'ROLES' located at the top right corner of your screen.
  4. Click and drag permissions under the role you would like to assign it to.

Then, click on the 'Save User Permissions' button to save this information.

Coach Tip! No matter how you set the permissions, you (the business owner) will be able to do everything. If you want all of your employees to be able to do everything, you can either choose “Business Owner” as their role or drag all the permissions to the Employee level. Let your coach know if you need help!
